OBN mandates licensees disclose foreign interest

Pursuant to Title 63 Section 427.15, all Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority licensees must submit an attestation confirming or denying the existence of any foreign financial interest in the medical marijuana business operation and disclose the identity of said interest.

The attestation must be completed within 60 days of the effective date of the law. All existing OMMA licensees must submit the attestation by August 30, 2021. Any new OMMA licensees have 60 days from the approval date of their OMMA license.

All licensees must submit an individual attestation for each license. If you have multiple OMMA licenses, you will submit multiple attestations. If you have a license with more than two foreign financial interests, you will need to submit additional attestations.
